The Platform

SATI Hybrid Nanocomposites — Engineered at the Nanoscale

The SATI platform uses a unique blend of quantum graphene (from Qatari natural gas), nano-ceramic (from Qatari sand), boron (from Gulf seawater), and smart polymers. These are integrated into 3D composites with hierarchical porosity (5–500 nm), using patent-protected manufacturing processes.

01

Self-Healing Barrier

Micro-cracks trigger a Joule-heating electrical response that reflows the composite matrix, restoring barrier integrity without external intervention.

02

Integrated Sensing

The same porous structure that enables self-healing acts as a high-surface-area sensing substrate — detecting target gases and micro-cracks at structural failure points.

Platform Architecture

A single core compound formulation underpins all current and planned expressions. Every prototype is a different expression of the same material system — not a separate product line.
